Q. Will I be charged anything for this service?
A. No, not a penny! There are no costs and you are under no obligation, we do not ask for any survey fees, handling fees or deposits unlike other companies.

Q. How long will it take?
A. As quickly as you like, you tell us when you would like to complete and we will arrange to meet that deadline. If you need to sell very quickly we can usually exchange within 24 Hours!

Q. When will I have to move out?
A. Your Decision! There is no pressure from us whatsoever, we will arrange completion to suit your requirements.

Q. What about Solicitors fees & Estate Agents Fees?
A. There are no estate agents fees to pay unless you have an agreement with an Estate Agent, in which case you may have to pay them a fee and we’ll even pay your solicitors fee on completion *

Q. Is there any type of property that you would not consider?
A. No, we will consider any property be it commercial, Residential, Tenanted, Structural problems, land etc.

Q. What if my property is in poor condition?
A. We purchase many properties that need refurbishment or updating, so condition is not an issue.

Q. Do you purchase properties in all areas?
A. Yes, we are a national company and purchase properties throughout England and Wales.
